Previously, as co-founder of Devmont, he spearheaded major developments like Westbury Montréal and Rouge Condominiums, blending design, functionality, and urban transformation. Passionate about excellence and impact, Sam is redefining how people live and work.

Constantin Nassif

With a strong background in asset management and real estate investments, Constantin Nassif brings over 15 years of experience optimizing and managing large-scale properties. As COO of Scalia, he oversees operations, driving efficiency and strategic growth.

Previously, he held key leadership roles at Sageblan Investments, Carbonleo, and Devmont, managing diverse portfolios, including hospitality, commercial, and residential assets. His expertise in investment strategy, operational excellence, and property development makes him a pivotal force behind Scalia’s expansion and success.

Monique Matharu

With over 17 years of experience in finance, accounting, and investment strategy, Monique Matharu plays a key role in driving Scalia’s financial growth and stability. As VP of Finance, she oversees budgeting, financial planning, and strategic decision-making, ensuring efficiency across all departments.

Her expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, and ERP implementations, with a proven track record in real estate, construction, and retail. A strong leader, Monique ensures financial integrity while aligning business strategy with long-term success.

Félix Allaire

With over 15 years of experience in real estate development and project management, Félix Allaire plays a key role in shaping Scalia’s large-scale projects. As VP of Development, he oversees zoning approvals, site planning, and construction execution, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Previously, Félix led major developments at Devmont and Cresford Developments, managing multi-phase residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects totaling thousands of units. His expertise in urban planning, cost control, and sustainable development drives Scalia’s vision of creating vibrant, high-quality communities.

Steven Miller

With over 30 years of experience in construction and procurement, Steven Miller ensures that Scalia’s projects are built with cost-effectiveness and ensuring the highest quality standards. As VP of Procurement & Estimation, he oversees supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and material sourcing to optimize project execution.

Previously, Steven led major construction operations at Reliance Construction, and co-owner of Construx Building Corporation, working on large-scale commercial and residential developments across Canada. His expertise in value engineering, strategic sourcing, and project estimation is instrumental in driving Scalia’s growth and operational excellence.

With over 25 years of experience in human resources, Alana brings a proven track record of shaping high-performing cultures and empowering organizations through strategic leadership. Alana has partnered with organizations across Canada, the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East (including the UAE, Algeria, and Qatar) to align business objectives with HR innovation. She believes that when you get the “people piece” right, you power growth, revenue, and an organization’s unique culture. She excels in building the foundational pillars that drive growth—culture, engagement, and leadership development—all of which are critical as we continue to evolve and scale.
With over 25 years of experience in real estate finance, François Gravel brings a proven track record in developing real estate funds and structuring complex financing for major projects. He has led significant investment, development, and financing transactions across Canada, covering all major asset classes on behalf of leading private and institutional investors. His deep expertise in financial strategy and asset performance supports Scalia’s mission to deliver long-term value and maintain best-in-class properties across its portfolio.
