With a vision rooted in opportunity, we recognized its potential—situated next to affluent suburbs, subway stations, and major autoroutes, just 10 minutes from downtown and the airport. By focusing on thoughtfully designed spaces and minimal amenities, we created a smart, accessible living concept.
